Examples of testing lead activities include the planning, management, coordination, and execution of all testing processes for: • Unit • System • Integration • Functional • Interface • Stress/Load • System Performance • Regression • Security • Data Conversion *Mandatory:* *Minimum Qualifications* 1. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Testing Lead for IT modernization projects. *MSA Qualifications – Systems Analyst / Test Analyst* - Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering Field - (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects - (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design *Desirable:* *Desirable Qualifications* Additional experience above the Mandatory Minimum Qualifications that is applicable for a Testing Lead; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects utilizing current versions of the Oracle products including Database, Forms, Weblogic, Business Intelligence, and Business Process Manager; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects upgrading Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Database versions from version 9i or later; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects utilizing Oracle products on Windows Server 2008 or later; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects utilizing the Headstart library; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects performing Oracle Forms optimization; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects utilizing automated Testing tools; - Experience as a Testing Lead on projects utilizing Oracle Database in a virtual environment; - Experience that was obtained on projects for systems that perform similar business functions to those described in “About the Public Finance Division” located in the Offeror’s Library.
