(12 months with extension likely!) * Interview Process: PS, F2F (The candidate MUST be local and able to come in person for interview. No exceptions the client will NOT skype!) Resume MUST show experience with longer term projects (over 1+ years), not someone who has hopped around project to project, shorter terms 5-10 years PM experience Must have experience in Telephony projects Must have Call Center experience Must have great personality/communication as they will have a lot of contact with stakeholders Does NOT have to have PMP, but if they don’t, they must have the Call Center experience Preferred experience in Avaya red and blue Preferred – ITIL experience Project – integrating the various systems into their Call Center (Collections, customer service, invoicing, A/P…..)
