*Description:Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in
an effortto align information technology solutions with business and
reporting initiatives.Interprets business needs and translates them into
system requirements and business specifications.Interprets systems
specifications to develop, maintain and support reporting
solutions.Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and
developing systemsand procedures that are cost effective and meet user
requirements.Configures system settings and options, plans and executes
acceptance testing,and creates specifications for systems to meet business
requirements.Performs all operational requirements for the reporting
solutions.Work Experience Required: * The candidate must have:Healthcare
Industry knowledge or State Medicaid systems knowledgeFunctional area
knowledge within Claims, Member, Provider,Third Party Liability or
Healthcare Reference data.2 years of experience working onsite with the
clientSkills Required: * The candidate must have:Oracle and SQL
experienceReport development experienceExcellent written and oral
communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem solving
abilitiesAbility to multi-task and manage numerous concurrent priorities
The candidate is preferred to have the following:IBM Cognos experience to
include Report Development and Framework Manager ModelingImplementation
experience with Healthcare claims systemsRational Tool experience
(ClearQuest, ClearCase, ReqPro, etc.)Education Required: * Bachelor Degree
or greater*
