Skills Required: Kettle experience is requires but will consider others like DataStage, Talend, or Informatica. Working with data in a centralized repository or data warehouse environment. Technical skills should include MS SQL. Our ETL tool is Pentaho’s Kettle. The ultimate goal is setting up reporting data marts for the business to build reports from. P & C insurance data knowledge is a plus.
