Support of the Novell Directory Services and operating system and hardware support for over 14,000 user environment ? Support of the Windows operating system and hardware support for over 8,000 Windows servers locally installed, servers in other data centers and servers in remote offices ? Support for Novell White Pages ? Support of printer queues ? Managing the upgrade of servers, software, and maintaining backup and recovery procedures ? Monitoring servers for hardware issues, diagnosis of hardware issues and coordination of repairs with a centralized help desk ? Troubleshooting of OS issues ? Optimizing server and application performance, capacity planning analysis on hardware and storage system ? Requirement for overlapping shift work Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 7 PM, and possibly Weekends from 7 AM to 3 PM ?
