Role Description: SAP Success Factors Functional Architect - Principal Consultant Start Date: April 04, 2016 End Date: October 28, 2017 Role Location: Washington DC & Remote, District of Columbia Responsibilities: SAP Functional Architect • Cloud Solution expert with broad experience: from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module implementation to overall solution architecture. • Will drive the Business Process and Technical Architecture Strategy, Planning and Roadmap jointly with the customer on their business strategy and outcome desired. • Focused on Architecture thought leadership and ‘connecting the dots’ across the broad SAP Solution Portfolio including the concepts around Hybrid (On Premise/Cloud) transformation scenarios. • Possess design, configuration, implementation, and team lead abilities. • Responsible for supporting the scoping, designing, and delivery of multi-module, integrated solutions. • Serve as strategic and technology advisor to the account on system architecture, implementation and adoption. • Partner with executives and operations teams to design holistic HR processes and system solutions that support business outcomes based on leading practices and benchmarks. • Guide customers through complex system landscape and architecture planning. • Identify and apply Integrated Service Delivery options. • US Citizenship required for all resources. The project is APPROXIMATELY 20 hours per week; however, there is significant travel to Washington DC. East coast candidates are strongly preferred for this role.
