Design and implement server side services to be consumed by AJAX-based UIs. Following Agile practices and participating in release planning, code review, iteration demonstrations, and iterative releases. Continually adopt new technologies, work with the team to generate new ideas, and improve the use of technology to enable the team to deliver technology solutions more efficiently. Essential Qualifications common to both: Minimum 2 years developing web applications UI using AJAX-based methods leveraging jQuery/Kendo UI. Knowledge of web development standards and best practices including JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, CSS, J2EE on Tomcat/Weblogic/JBOSS. Strong knowledge of object oriented programming and design patterns. Understanding of J2EE frameworks as it relates to Web Applications development and deployment. Experience working within a team using source control methods. Strong communication skills - verbal and written - and ability to work collaboratively as a team. Passionate about software development.
