*Job DescriptionFunctional Knowledge of the following
PeopleSoft HCM modules: Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management in
addition to the following:Extensive knowledge in the requirements
development using PeopleToolswhich includes extensive knowledge in working
with IB, Components, PS Security etc.Excellent analysis & design abilities
using object methods in support of authoring System Requirements
documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent
abilities in the design and creation of test plans and test cases.Ability
to work as a liaison with both the customer and developersExcellent SQL
development skillsFunctional understanding of Quality CenterFunctional
knowledge of AT&T ITUP (Waterfall) Methodology is a plusMust have the
ability to facilitate/lead their own meetings, communicate status of
project workMust be able to work independently and work well as a team
