What we are really looking for is someone who can sit with and supplement Cox’s Desktop Engineering team to absorb the added workload while we design and stand up this program. The person should be skilled at: · Advanced log-based SCCM client troubleshooting and repair. · Advanced SCCM database query and analysis. · Proven relevant PowerShell scripting experience · Knowledge of Active Directory-based Group Policy (GPO) for desktop management · Experience with software packaging, testing and distribution using SCCM. · Experience with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) troubleshooting and repair · Experience with MS BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) and with System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) · Experience with PC health reporting and analytics using SCCM database, MS Excel, Active Directory and other available data sources.
