Skype Responsibilities *Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM *Customize solutions by building plugins and making UI modifications *Integrate applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM API’s * Data loading - transforming data from other systems into Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Create reports and dashboards *Design, test and code customizations to applications and integration frameworks *Provide direction for automated user provisioning * Migrating solutions for deployment to different environments *Develop solutions with a team using Scrum/Agile methodologies *Advice business analysts on best practices * Performance test changes to the UI/application * Provide support for production issues *Mentor junior team members on best practices and company standards. *Effectively communicate with team members, customers and other IT teams *Cultivate working relationships at all levels of the organization and outside vendors. *Stay current with industry trends.
