*Title: OIM Architect*

*Location: Farmington, CT*

*Duration: 6-12 Months+*



*Position Overview*

We are seeking *OIM Architect* who will assist in the defining the
requirements, functional and technical design, construction, testing, and
deployment/rollout of an automated provisioning solution and associated
business processes for managing access to enterprise platforms and business
applications.



*Responsibilities:*

·   Architect Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solution components

·         Develop functional and technical solution specifications

·         Perform identity data modeling and analysis

·         Provide Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) technical expertise and
leadership to the team

·         Identify opportunities for process improvement and continual
evolution of business processes as related to security, Information
Technology controls, IT access controls compliance, access management and
identity lifecycle management

·         Work closely with various Information Technology groups including
Networking, Database Administration, Server Administration, Application
Owners/teams to understand the current system. Capture and define the
requirements around user lifecycle and access review processes.

·         Ability to improve and evolve the OIM implementation without any
impact to business.

·         Ability to present solutions/proposals to technical audiences

·         Exposure to Design and setup LDAP directory/Corporate directory
is good to have



*Required experience & skills:*

·         Hands-on design, implementation, configuration, integration,
performance tuning and deployment experience with Oracle Identity Manager
(OIM) 11gR2 (OIM, OID, OVD, SOA, OES, Connectors) 10g, 9.x versions.

·         Deep functional and technical knowledge of OIM with strong
understanding of identity management modules and functions like but not
limited to Access Review Certification, Entitlement and Glossary
Management, Delegated Administration, Reconciliation/Rouge Access, Password
Synchronization and User lifecycle Event Management.

·         A strong understanding of OIM Access and Approval Policies in
conjunction with SOA Workflow Components.

·         Experience implementing workflow processes using Oracle SOA / BPEL

·         Must understand full SDLC in a complicated and complex
environment, working alongside a large development team

·         Experience in leveraging OIM API’s to write custom connectors

·         Experience in extending the out-of-box functionality of OIM

·         ETL process design

·         Knowledge of SOA / ESB / Web Services with Java development
experience.

·         *At least 2-3 end to end OIM implementation experience. Overall
5-7 years of experience in IDM domain.*



*Educational Requirement: *

*·         *Bachelor’s *Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer
Science or related field preferred. *
