EAD-GC, GC & USC We are looking for an ETL Developer with 2+ years Informatica experience *REPLY ME AT:dayle.wil...@itbtalent.com <dayle.wil...@itbtalent.com>* Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience: General knowledge of Health Care industry Working experience displaying knowledge and capabilities in use of mainframe and/or mid-tier applications programming and file utilities Demonstrates understanding of functional areas, and the information technology associated with those areas Working experience displaying knowledge of software development standards, coding standards and best practices Specific system and product knowledge depending on the assignment Working knowledge of business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of all phases of system development life cycles Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills are critical Very good time management skills in supporting a variety of projects in addition to an understanding of the ways in which information technology can be applied within the enterprise Ability to communicate effectively when dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers both in writing and verbally Ability to develop and read application code and macros Demonstrates flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels, internally and externally Ability to provide guidance to customers on simple to moderate system enhancements Ability to assess and determine impacts of changes to the system Ability to maintain awareness of state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, problem solving techniques, and computing equipment. Experience in all phases of system development life cycles and knowledgeable of disciplined project management methodologies Minimum of 2 years analyzing requirements and coding computer applications Minimum of 2 years analyzing and coding healthcare insurance computer applications Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in either mainframe or mid-tier applications, preferably in TPS/NPS environment Minimum 2 years of customer facing experience Minimum 2 years of experience working independently and remotely with the majority of interaction with others being over the phone.
