*Duration : 12 Months+* *need 9+ years or more (Need GC or Citizen )* Need someone to weed out the candidate pool for this as I don’t want to interview people that cannot demonstrate rock star potential: · Someone that is NOT transactional – need someone to own consultation, requirements gathering, delivery and execution of work with a non-analyst population. Project mgmt. experience would be awesome for this – looking for the right blend of technical and non-technical skills · 2+ years of Tableau or similar BI tools (with evidence of their own creations) · 2+ years of SQL, Teradata · Has to be someone that could pass case studies eventually (think breakeven analysis) · Has to be someone we would consider as a future candidate for permanent hire (cannot handle VISA issues that impact longevity of the contract or future continuity of work) *Additional considerations:* · AWS/Hadoop/H2O tools are highly desirable · Python and Java skills are needed He did say that this role is part of a larger Data Analyst team for crisis management/business continuity/testing & validation (reporting). They are looking to streamline metrics and They are moving to Tableau.
