*Job Description*
- Business Analyst Lead role for Guidewire BillingCenter project. Role
includes leading SMEs and BAs through requirements. Billing experience is
required, preference with Guidewire BillingCenter
*Role Description*
Role is on an existing client initiative to implement Guidewire Suite
(PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, DataHub, Portal) for client's
commercial lines products. Expected to complete Q2 2018. Key stakeholder
include client's business owners, client VPs, and other team members,
Guidewire, and client. Currently a total of 15 people on the project team;
will eventually ramp up to 100+. Role provides a leadership opportunity to
work directly with client VPs and shape their overall business
transformation. Day to day responsibilities include: - Leading business
analysts to gather and document functional requirements - Facilitating
requirements workshops with business Subject Matter Experts and other team
members (e.g. business analysts, configurators, etc.) to elicit
requirements and ensure clear definition of stories - Providing knowledge
leadership by enabling requirement gathering through use cases and other
deliverables - Defining the requirements sequencing approach - Ensuring
that proper requirements management and trace ability is occurring among
the BA group - Coordinating with SMEs and BAs to ensure timely completion
of tasks - Driving consistency across requirements deliverables from team
members - Maintaining requirements / user story backlogs for the particular
track or product
*Education and Experience Required*
- Bachelor's degree - Demonstrated experience as business analyst
lead in billing domain - Basic project management skills.
*Preferred Skills*
- Prior experience as business analyst lead working with Guidewire
BillingCenter - Guidewire BillingCenter certified - Prior experience
working with Agile PM tools (e.g. Rally)
