understand their information needs related to set-up and
maintenanceResponsible for maintaining the gold source for all data within
the MDM tool.Participates in Data Governance activities supporting the
Program Manager of Data GovernanceConducts regular master data audits,
reviews and reports processes to ensure that the information throughout the
network is accurateInteracts professionally and effectively with multiple
functional areas in designing and implementing process improvements to all
master dataFollows all ITIL processes related to change, incident and
problem management.Utilizes approved standard tools for all work completed
for MDM.*
