Please go through the below requirement and share suitable profile’s *H1/GC & Photo ID Copies are mandatory for submission* *Position : Lead Administrator - Desktop Support* *Location : King Of Prussia - PA* *Duration : 6 month’s (extendable)* *Rate : $16/hr* *Job Description:* *Skills Required: *Desktop Support EUC Admin, Infra Performance and Optimization, Virtualization-VDI, Desktop deployment, Windows OS Support , EUC Admin . - Responsibilities Included Installation & configuration of Mail client, Antivirus client, Aruba Controller (Home office users only RAP series), VPN Client, Client Software’s - Trouble Shooting & configuration of Network Printers (only non-canon printers) - Remote Client using Assist to Go - Responsibilities Includes imparting assistance in networking. - Regular check up for an internet connection and desktop and laptop - Maintenance and Trouble Shooting of Computer Systems. - IPAD configuring and troubleshooting via Air watch - Cisco Phone configuration - Basic knowledge of L1 AD related activity (to move workstation to the container) - Mac book troubleshooting - Assisting in Projector/ video conferencing - Maintain and update Asset inventory regularly - L1 activity for FAX support (Physically moving in patch panel) if any request comes through - L1 activity for VDI environment. - Remote support/troubleshooting with good communication skills · On-call support *EUC Admin:* · Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and windows operating system and embedded OS related issues, desktop applications and LAN for Desktops and Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer, plug and play POS, PDA’s, Kiosk, MFD, IPhone, I pad etc. and related issues. · Knowledge in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook, Lotus Notes. · Knowledge on antivirus client software installations, patch and hotfix installations and troubleshooting. · Provide System configuration for the Desktop, Recommend Hardware upgrades for the Desktop, Specifying the OS to be used, Provide upgradation options for OS, Check patches for need and reliability, Recommend software based on needs, Taking ownership and resolving the escalated issues. *Desktop deployment :* · Installation and configuration of deployment tools Troubleshoot deployement related issues Adminstration maintenance of deployment tools · Knowledge on virtual concepts and different technologies used in virtualization (Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V Knowledge on Virtual desktop implementation (VDI), building VM’s with standardized OS images and different virtualization technologies (VMware, citrix, Hyper-V) Knowledge on performance monitoring of Virtual machines via Vsphere Vcenter. · Knowledge on virtual infrastructure, virtual center, VM access control, resource management, backup and restore of?
