Job Description: The X1 Operations Tools (xTools) organization is bringing together web/data services, network delivery infrastructure, media processing gear, and consumer devices used in these solutions and presenting interfaces for system configuration, real-time analysis, and problem recovery. The source components are being aggressively changed as market requirements dictate and cutting edge technologies are regularly being incorporated into the system. At the same time, source media is moving to more efficient encodings for both audio and video, altering the capacity of the processing pipelines.
