Hadoop Administrator in VA Long term Contract GC, EAD or USC
I have a need for 2 Hadoop Administrators in Mclean VA. Long term contract Might have some flex on that but I have to find out. Here are the details for the time being. They will most likely hire after two interviews. One will be skype and the other should be phone. I am looking for 2+ people that have experience in standing up and maintaining large scale (Not POC) multi-Petabyte distributed Hadoop platforms. · Should have experience in HDFS/Kafka/Spark or Storm or other Stream Processing Engine with a strong Linux background. · The person needs to be really focused on automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). · Experience with AWS would be a +. · Great comm skills would be great. · We need an admin and not a developer. They will be supporting and maintaining large scale Hadoop platforms.
