USC and GC’s only *Softtek Integration Systems, Inc*. is seeking an experienced *SAP PP (Production planning) /DS (Detailed Scheduling) - Production Scheduling Consultant *to support our client near *Hilmar, California, United States*. This is a *3 weeks *position. *Job Description:* - Went live with SAP 2 yrs ago - Went through enhancement phase to refine that implementation Now they are in the phase of looking at next series of SAP projects One core area of focus Production Scheduling They've been doing this in Excel for 20+ years Director of Planning wants the big picture what they can do to improve, what tools they can implement to help with scheduling process They are now gathering requirements to start designing Need guidance - Available to Promise concept is something they want to look at for their customer service team. They want to provide instant feedback if they can meet demand or not. Business process and how it would translate to design. - 2-4 weeks engagement at this point. First 5 days onsite, remote after. - Customer is at a cross roads when it comes Production Scheduling and want a strong "process” based resource to come on site and complete the following: - Understand our current AS-IS process and our current pain points Using their experience and our requirements, develop a vision for Production Scheduling Create a final process/system design and identify initiatives to meet that design.
