Title: Program Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 10-12 Months

NOTE: !!Must Need LOCAL For F2F!!

Technical PM:
·Represent TVX Business Operations in scrum, program, and divisional
Cloud TV meetings to ensure updates / issues are communicated and cascaded
in a timely manner.
·Drive development and updating deployment materials and training
documents based on changes to the product construct and overall program
roadmap.
·Complete detailed and accurate business case analysis for proposed
system enhancements via collaboration with stakeholders.
·Serve as a liaison between X1 CARE, Field Operations teams and Corporate
product and technology teams
·Maintain appropriate level of urgency in managing multiple disparate
initiatives across various stages of the strategic Cloud TV enhancements
and delivery lifecycle.
·Serve as subject matter expert on operations process, system
capabilities, support tools, and any related analytics & metrics
implementation to support process improvement and new product development
initiatives.
·Act as a primary decision maker for end to end technology concepts for
support documentation and readiness.
·Facilitation, development of customer requirements and creating detailed
product/service specifications and visualizations
·Use business/operational intelligence tools such as Tableau and Splunk.
Will train on this.
·Prior experience working with mobile (iOS/Android), web, cloud-based
solutions, and IP video technologies in an enterprise environment ideal.
·Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python or Java
in support of automating service support/troubleshooting processes a plus.
·Assists Product and Engineering teams with support integration planning.
·Researches and identifies problems with workflow and documents findings
to correct issues.
·Reviews work processes and recommends improvements.
·Collaborating with business operations leads and delivers new methods and
techniques for operational improvement.
·Engagement meetings with Corporate, National and Divisional partners.
