The role of a Sr. Project Control Coordinator (PCA) is to act as a resource
supporting multiple projects lead by PMs in the IT, PMO. In this role, PCA

assists the PMO PMs to provide accurate tracking, reporting and
communication.  Enables the PMO PMs to manage budget, funding, scope,

communication and resources to deliver products that achieve business value
for Delta.

Assign resources
Update Staffing Profile to maintain appropriate allocation level
Create, Update, and Upload Scorecards
Trends
Status
Schedule
Forecast
Capture Issues & Risks
Close Project Tasks
Verify Resources are billing to appropriate tasks
Actual spend (Capital & Operating)
 Forecast
Provide various PPM reports as needed to analyze and manage
Resource utilization/actual time summary
Labor/non-labor costs
Financial Summary
Project Timeline/baseline comparison
Other reports as identified by Project Manager
SharePoint
 Set-up Program Sharepoint site
 Administer site
 Create Security roles on site
 Provide access rights
Create Document repository structures
Create Document repository custom fields
Create Custom Lists
Create Custom Fields for Lists
Create Custom List Views
Create site workflows
Maintain site contact lists
Administer Change Request (CR) Process
Assist with establishment of CR process tailored to the project
Configure SharePoint Lists to effectively track status and approval process
of project CRs
Report metrics
Document weekly CR Review Board meetings
Daily management of CR database for accurate ad hoc reporting
Administer Issues & Risk Process
Assist with establishment of Issue/Risk capture and resolution process
tailored to the project
Configure SharePoint Lists to effectively track status and resolution
Report metrics to Project/Program Manager
Daily management of Issue/Risk database for accurate ad hoc reporting
Executive Reporting Support
Prepare IT Steering Committee decks
Prepare Business Steering Committee decks
Other –
Assist in Creating & submitting Project Change Requests (PCRs) to Project
Control
Create & maintain Program/Project Organization Chart & Team Contact list
Tracking  & Reporting on 3rd Party invoicing against budget
Ensure methodology required documents are stored in appropriate Project
Library
Create Meeting Decks
Coordinate meetings & team events
Take meeting minutes and assign action items
Manage Project Calendar
Other duties as assigned by Program or Project Manager
