Need someone that has the following qualities and experience – Has developed plans and executed cutover in an environment that includes ECC, PI and BI. The person works with each functional team to assemble their specific manual configuration and transport items, validation of the cutover and coordinate with the technical teams (Security, basis, PI & BI admin, conversion) Work with PMO and steering committee to define the criteria for the quality gates. Namely, what is the criteria that is needed in order to get permission to execute cutover (Support Organization ready, training complete, contingency plan (rollback) approved, approach to validation of cutover approved,…). Detail typical communication during the cutover plan. Experience of multi-location roll-outs – 10 locations or more Experience of evaluating different deployment options – multiple release versus big bang We will build out static data over a period of time and run legacy and SAP in parallel to transition business operations to the to-be environment. So, the person should have experience with that.
