Must come to MN to complete the contracts.6+ month contract role* Role Description: Experienced Epic Radiant Analyst/Builder needed to support development of Epic Radiant RIS for a large, integrated delivery system. This position is comparable to the Epic Application Coordinator (AC) role. This individual is expected to be hands-on, with direct working relationship with end-users to develop requirements and build in the Epic system, and also will be expected to participate in testing and end- user support for go-live. Skills: • Experience participating in implementations in complex environment with team of 3-5 resources • Demonstrate success in working directly with physicians, clinical operations, and IT staff. • Prior Radiant Implementation experience and current Radiant Certification is required • Prior experience working with Philips IntelliSpace PACS is also a plus, as is a background in medical imaging • Prior experience working with Nuance PowerScribe 360 is also a plus • Excellent communication skills. • Positive, can-do attitude required. Sense of humor hoped for but not absolutely required • Positive previous client references, as well as a demonstrated working relationship with Epic are required. Summary of Project Scope: Consultant will provide consulting resource to fill the role of a Radiant analyst/builder to participate in the Epic Radiant support, build, development, testing, and implementation across a large, integrated delivery system. This individual will participate in the ongoing project work, configuration, testing, day to day support, and implementation of Radiant to sites. Business requirements gathering and facilitation of workgroups upon request will be required. Specific Project Deliverables: The consulting resource is responsible for the following: Radiant application • Timely completion of analysis and build tasks along with appropriate status updates. • Maintain appropriate documentation of work products and task progress. • Track changes and action items on appropriate documentation. • Assist in other project tasks, such as meeting minutes, application demos and information gathering meetings with SMEs as assigned. • Assist other team members with analysis / build tasks and issue resolution. • Participate in and support pre go-live activities such as User Acceptance testing, dress rehearsals, simulations, and cutover •Support post-implementation, including on-call as assigned. •Provide Day to day support Knowledge transfer • Transition documentation and build information to client staff. Other • Complete weekly time reporting in client tool. • Other project activities as directed by the Resource Manager and/or Project Manager.
