Position : QA Automation Manager Location: Jersey City, NJ. Duration :6+ MONTHS Requirements: Automation Manager – Automation and Frameworks Responsibilities: Leads multiple test automation engagements and build solutions responsible for quality delivery of software applications, products and services across the enterprise Provides automation status and metrics. Ensure timely updates to test tools including routine patches, major upgrades and immediate response to security vulnerabilities. Assists members of the QA staff with technical challenges. Mentor and coach Tests Engineers, Developers, QA Contribute to departmental metrics and governance standards Ensure compliance with TDA policies and procedures Partner with peers and management team to continuously improve testing methods, process, techniques and use of tools Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on software development and/or automation testing experience 5+ years’ experience managing in a fast-paced application development or quality assurance environment Solid hands-on experience using front-end UI technologies and frameworks to deliver test automation solutions on multi-browser, multi-OS and multi-device support Experience developing a successful automated testing strategy using multiple tools preferred Excellent knowledge of Agile QA/Dev processes and software development life cycle Requires experience with Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall methodologies Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Experience working in an agile engineering environment Possesses in-depth knowledge of testing tools Experience working with open source test tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium). Experience with testing complex multi-tiered web based systems, ecommerce or mobile and complex data-driven applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and related technologies Extensive analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
