ServiceNow Developer Duration – 6-9 months Location – Parsippany, NJ Requirement: Sr. ServiceNow Developer with strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should possess self-starter qualities with a can-do attitude. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, build, and implement service management systems Implementation of Service Now for PPM, Demand Management and other modules Configuration of the ServiceNow system, including deciphering current and creating workflows to support: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB as well as other applications in the suite Work with ServiceNow owner to generate views and reports as needed Must Have Skills: Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow work experience which must include Design and Development experience Good understanding of PPM/Demand Management tools Understanding of and experience with IT Service Management processes: Incident, Change, Knowledge, Problem, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery and Portfolio Strong analytical skills for problem solving Experience with Discovery and Orchestration Experience with Javascript The ability to multi-task between and among projects Preferred Skills: ServiceNow Developer certification.
