This resource will also spend time on platform improvement tasks to ensure the platform is able to scale with the huge volume of data on voice aspect. Qualifications Roles and responsibilities include: Design and review of middle tier services Development of Java services and database changes Identify areas for refactoring and improvements as changes are made Providing 2nd line support for production plugin, and resolve production issues in timely manner An ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for technology and an eagerness to learn. He/she will also be able to handle competing demands on time and manage his/her own work to deadlines, and must demonstrate strong communication skills as well as sound judgment.
