Creation and support of automation scripts, e.g., log rotation and plug-in migration, configuration automation. • Thorough understanding of Java/J2EE concepts (JDBC, JMS/MQ, JSP, EJB, JNDI, etc) is required. • Understanding of security concepts in WAS environment. • Ability to follow, improve and create processes required for effective systems administration. • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills. • SSL communication, and WSADMIN scripting ( JACL and JYTHON) • Expertise in load management, failover, and high availability architectures.
