Work closely with business to understand the business processes and data flows around licensing for Cisco products and softwares 2. Understand the requirements of the smart accounts portal and the information that needs to be pulled together for smart accounts 3. Understand the attributes involved, the source of the data and how the data has been derived *Job Description:* 1. Understand the Business Process and Flow for Smart Accounts Program. 2. Ability to interpret data and meta data needed to build the Data Lineage of all selected attributes. 3. Liaison with the Business Owners to validate the policies and details. 4. Help build all the relevant information needed as part of BRD to put up implementation for the IT Team. 5. Should have adept experience on handling similar assignments on Data Analysis and Process Evaluation. 6. Ability to think out of the box and create templates, models, E-R Diagrams and all necessary information as desired by Business from time to time. 7. Handle ad-hoc requirements as laid down by the Business Owner to define the next steps. 8. Must be able to conceptualize and build appropriate recommendations on the process and data required to help the Smart Accounts Program. 9. Domain Knowledge in Software Licensing is preferred.
