The scope of work to be performed includes the following: Maintain and support existing .NET applications Provide program modifications and enhancements as identified. Develop components of the applications in regards to enhancements and/or errors Perform configuration changes to existing applications. Systems analysis Systems design Systems programming Testing/QA System Implementation Upgrade support for existing applications Technical documentation creation and update maintenance as required using client templates where appropriate Facilities and Equipment. The work will be conducted on-site. Client shall provide: facilities, development and testing environments, equipment and licenses, access to network, internet connectivity, desktops and software. Qualification Requirements for Contractor. Experience creating and maintaining Oracle packages. C# Experience with Crystal Reports v8.5 or higher Oracle 10g or higher experience ASP programming experience. Net and web programming experience. Experience performing system analysis, systems design, troubleshooting and testing. Experience with Team Foundation Server or Microsoft Visual Source Safe Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical). Standards and Specifications. All deliverables (“Work”) developed and work conducted by the Contractor pursuant to this SOW shall be performed in accordance with the client standards and specifications. New application development activities are defined as “activities that result in the creation of new source code with the expected outcome of satisfying a business need for the first time in the chosen development language.” New application development and technology upgrade activities are required to follow the Application Development Standards unless prior exemption is approved by the client.
