*Description:7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst including:Gathering
and writing requirements.Writing test scripts/cases.Full SDLC experience
with an Agile and Waterfall methodologies3+ years’ experience as a Business
Analyst in retail brokerage.Proficient with Microsoft Office including
Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Visio.Excellent written and oral
communication skills.Day to Day Responsibilities:Analyze potential and
future consumer’s requirements.Translate business requirements into
functional and non-functional requirementsCreate detailed business
requirements for functional (e.g., business processes, rules) and
non-functional (e.g., data, security) capabilities.Gather and interpret
information from multiple sources (including databases, interviews,
etc.).Translate technical concepts to business audience and business
information to a technical audience.Perform analysis to detail functional
specs which are consumed by developers.Coordinate and manage documentation
for multiple streams of content and business requirement areas.Participate
in developing estimates and implementation plans for technical
solutions.Create test cases.Validate test cases to ensure that scripts will
evaluate the business function being performed.Execute and execute test
cases.Understand and apply principles in risk management, issue tracking
and change management.*
