*Sr. Java Developer (MarkLogic DB)* *Location: Raleigh, NC* *Duration: 12 Mos Contract +* Top Skills required: Experience 8+must • Strong REST web services background creating from scratch • NoSQL databases MongoDB or Cassandra • TDD • Strong agile • Experience with MarkLogic Database is a plus Formal Job description: Should have a thorough understanding of Java/J2EE technologies • Should be experienced with building high quality, highly available and scalable enterprise grade Java application • Should have thorough understanding of Collections, Multithreading, Data Structures, Algorithms, Exception Handling and Performance Tuning • Should have good understanding on Web Services • Should have good understanding writing REST API and Json • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, maintenance and supporting the application software. • Analyze the requirements and convert them to Functional and Design specifications. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. • Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
