*Daily support on SAP APO Features - Continuously identify opportunities to
improve the utilization of the systemand proactively recommend enhancement
to process/system features. Transactional SME - Subject matter expert who
understands allocation processes, order management impact to allocations,
systematic transactions & controls in APO. UAT - support and conduct user
acceptance testing of new features and existing enhancements.
Communications/Status Reporting of tool and reporting related issues. Act
as liaison between technical support teams as end users. Create and
maintain related standard operating process documentation. Generate
Reporting for cross-teams. Create, maintain and troubleshoot new and
existing reports.Provide Ad-hoc Reporting support as needed.*
