Job Title: .Net Developer Location: Salem, OR Duration: 5 Months Must have experience with .Net Google Map features and State gov experience preferred. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires 5 years or more of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The purpose of this request is to procure Systems Analysis Services for multiple ODOT Business/IT projects within the ODOT Technical Services Branch (Systems Support and Data Management Section). The contractor will perform Software Requirements Management, Software coding, testing and deployment within the ODOT approved Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC). The activities will be performed to include, but not limited to: Bridge Scour application, etc.. Advanced SQL query writing capability VB2008 & vb.net skills SQL Server skills version 2005 and greater Can perform root cause of software failure (trace code), and fix State/public/government related to Departments of Transportation is desired Has experience with requirements management and perform analysis within source code Has advanced experience with C#, DOTNET Framework MVC 4.0 and higher Familiar with Access Database Queries. Familiar with DOT NET Google Map features and Microsoft Outlook Libraries.
