Please send the resumes at [email protected] Job Title: .Net Architect Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: 16 months The successful candidate will be working fulltime on the dotGrants modernization efforts and will deliver the dotGrants modernization roadmap project requirements. Job description (detail): The primary role of the candidate will be to analysis the PennDOT granting system (aka dotGrants) which is a large highly complex hybrid application with core COTS code and custom built .NET modules utilizing a SQL Server database backend. The DotGrants Modernization Project will upgrade the key technologies, infrastructure and applications that make up the DotGrants. The dotGrants roadmap project will deliver the roadmap documents such as DotGrants Component (COTS vs Custom) Impact Analysis Consuming Application (Business Areas) Impact Analysis Infrastructure Impact Analysis – infrastructure and details how each component will be impacted by modernization Modernized DotGrants Conceptual Design “To Be” – Provide a conceptual design of dotGrants including a functional overview DotGrants Modernization Plan and Timeline – a plan including a series of separate IT projects DotGrants Modernization Budget Impact Analysis - a plan for the investment to modernize – detail cost of hardware/software and resources.
