*Need QA/ Performance Tester in IL - 2 Months contract! **Job Title: * *Performance Testing **Location: **Lincolnshire, IL* *Duration: 2 Months* *Job Description*: Understanding of Performance Testing Process Need experience with Siebel, Webservices. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to gather and analyse Non-functional requirements Create performance test strategy and plan Expertise in using HP LoadRunner and hands on experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace/Newrelic etc. Design and document performance test scripts based on the NFR and identified business flows Perform analysis and report out on performance results Ability to identify and describe bottlenecks and Provide performance tuning recommendations Adhere to the project testing schedules, and flag immediately if there is a risk of slippage Record test results and prepare test summary reports Report and track defects in the issue tracking system Prepare & distribute daily/weekly status reports Continuous identification of opportunities for improving the team and/or project’s testing process and test efficiency, including test automation Able to work independently and perform responsibilities under minimal supervision Ability to work in global environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent global project efforts, and work under pressure situations with minimal supervision in a team environment Should consistently takes actions to improve work processes, maintains attention to detail, and is committed to high standards of work product Should be able to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively to collaborate for each phase of the performance test effort *Skills Required:* Experience in HP-LoadRunner/Performance Center Experience in client facing activities Experience in Performance Testing projects Excellent written and verbal communication *Company:* A Global IT consulting firm with several large customer engagements across Europe and US.
