UX/IA practitioner role. Reports to UX Lead from a project perspective.
Responsible for interaction behaviors, navigational pathways,
feature/tool/object/element functional specifications, screen flow, screen
and form layout, user action-system response conditions and logic, and
descriptions that depict the tasks and activities users must perform in
relation to using the corresponding application/site interface. This person
needs
mobile and brokerage/wealth management experience.
• Design world-class seamless experiences across Omnichannel ecosystem
(pathways, touchpoints, features, apps, sites and channels).
• Meticulous focus and detail to all key experience design elements to
align with requirements, guidelines and desired end state
• Experienced in Native App, WebApp and responsive/adaptive interface
design
• Skilled in various design and prototyping toolsets (e.g. visio,
omnigraffle, axure)
• Work collaboratively with other designers, leads, reseachers,
strategists, and partner teams to create the ideal customer experience to
maximize
benefits in customer sentiment and behavior.
• Ability to work in agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies
• Specialize in one (preferably two) of following disciplines:
experience design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual
design.
Responsible for any or all of the following activities related to a project:
• Inter and intra screen task and activity flows
• Screen layout of elements
• Usage scenario definitions and diagrams
• Functional definition of how screen features operate
• Behavioral interaction definition for touch based interfaces
• Wireframe documentation
• Site Maps
• Validation of interface
Duties:
Design: 80%
Meetings: 15%
Admin: 5%
