Application development, • QA - Automation experience in CYARA Replay and Agent Automation. • Rich experience in CTI - softphone Automation. • Test and validation, • Automation skills, experience in tools - CYARA/ Hammer etc • Automation approach for self-service IVR and agent end point using CYARA automation suite- CYARA Replay and Virtual agent o IVR Self-Service Automation with both Speech and DTMF inputs. o 100+ manual test case automation across all the ~12 IVRs. o Evaluating 1500+ agent skill groups, routing paths and Agent behaviors for virtual agent automation. o Validate ICM CTI attached data, KVPs such as policy number, policy type, customer name. • CYARA replay and Virtual agent test scripts development. • Developing regression test campaigns using the automated scripts. • Regression and load test execution. • Reports generation using CYARA replay.
