* Description:This position will troubleshoot, monitor, install, test and
support software problems.A successful candidate will be able to install
new middleware software releases,system upgrades, evaluate and install
patches and resolve middleware software related problems.*
*Qualifications:Effective skills around installation and performance tuning
of advanced middleware platform systemsDesign, develop and install new
middleware, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve
platform related problems.Execute release packages (install SW),
verification plans, and provide customer supportDocumentation of release
installationsKnowledge of ITIL process frameworkKnowledge of SDLC process
frameworkAt least 8 years working with Midrange Operating Systems for the
followingOS - Solaris, HP-UX, Linux and / or Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012.
Solaris 10 LDOM experiences a plus.Thorough knowledge of configuring,
monitoring and maintaining Middleware applications (J2EE, C#).Ensure
middleware applications are planned, designed, developed, installed and
configured and operated at optimum levels,Develop, support, monitor, test
and troubleshoot software problems.Knowledge of shell scripting, creating
and running of release scripting packages.*
