We help drive data-driven people decisions and tell the underlying story behind the data by providing strategic reporting capabilities and predictive analytics. To achieve our mission, we need to accurately and quickly process and manipulate large HR databases. Under the direction of a Workforce Analytics Team Member, the ETL developer will design and convert existing ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Fundamental knowledge of complex ETL processes is critical to the role and 2 to 3 years of direct ETL experience is required. Applicant must demonstrate knowledge of data warehousing techniques that is both efficient and creative. Applicant should be comfortable working independently and meet on a regular basis to ensure alignment with the team and existing processes. Specific responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following: • Migrate the existing ETL job from start to finish using SSIS. • Integrate additional disparate data from multiple systems and tools using the new platform (SSIS). • Implement processes and procedures to support, standardize, streamline, and automate data and reporting services. *Experience and Qualifications* • 2 to 3 years of experience in SAS programming and/or complex ETL using SQL. • 2 to 3 years of experience in SSIS and Microsoft SQL Server usage on large, frequently updated databases. • End-to-end experience in data warehousing, including data modeling, loading, transformation, scripting and process auditing. • 2 or more years IT Development experience in object-oriented programming. • Experience with database consolidation and integration projects. • Expertise in relational database design -- Thanks & Regards, ASHOK Technical Recruiter DVG Tech Solutions LLC.
