Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12 Months Direct Client Position 37.5 hour work week Client: State of SC Rate: $55-60/hr on C2C This individual will perform independent analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the agency Microsoft .Net internet based juvenile data management system and other agency computer applications. Job responsibilities include all phases of Microsoft .Net development, from analysis, design, implementation, documentation, testing and maintenance. Also includes the delivery of reports using SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS). We are seeking an experienced Microsoft .net application developer perform independent analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the agency Microsoft .Net internet based juvenile data management system. Candidate should have experience in ASP.NET with C# code behind (VB.NET code behind will be considered provided the candidate can demonstrate efficiency in multiple development languages; C++, VB 6.0, VBScript, JavaScript, Classic ASP, etc.). Proficiency in the .NET 2.0 and/or .NET 3.5 development environment(s) as well as JavaScript, SQL Server 2000/2005 conversant designing database tables and writing stored procedures, and Visual Source Safe or Subversion (SVN) are required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree in computer science (or related area) and/or at least 4 years experience in Microsoft .Net computer system application development. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Microsoft.
