*Position: Project Manger* *Location: **Novi, MI* *Duration: 6 + Months* *Job Description:* - Build and manage customer relationships at a release engineer and manger level. - Build and maintain a customer interface team to support this relationship and manage the overall program development. - Responsible for evaluation, and development of team members. - Ensure overall success and profitability of the product launch (i. e. work with Sales and Marketing to hit gross margins, introduce new features, etc). - Own and maintain the budget, scope and program schedule. - Manage program risk proactively, identify program risks and coordinate meetings with the PM and multi discipline functions to address risks before they become issues. - Evaluate project management processes and metrics to track and measure project success. (Manage all program/product delivery elements). - Provide weekly program status updates via the standard template.
