Detailed knowledge of defect tracking systems. Knowledge of QA process metrics to measure and improve the quality of the processes. Strong attention to detail with respect to documentation and communication. *Must have Property and Casualty Insurance domain experience. * Good to have experience in BOP (Business Owners Policy). Good to have experience in testing Guidewire system.
