   - *The Incident Manager will have additional responsibility for:*
      - Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management
      process
      - Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
      - Monitoring for process effectiveness and making recommendations for
      improvement
      - Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident
      process and associated procedures
      - Reviewing and auditing the process
      - Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process
      for every incident

   Yes. The incident manager will be part of the incident management team
   with a group of 3-4 other incident managers. They will also coordinate with
   the Network Operations Center and the Service Desk to facilitate and
   communicate high priority incidents.

   *Responsibilities:*
      - Strong interpersonal skills and focus on building a strong team
      culture
      - Excellent technical, organizational and management skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Calm under pressure with the ability to multi task and
      re-prioritize workload accordingly
      - Strategic thinking, strong decision making and delegation skills
      - Dependable, accurate and results focused
      - Background in technical support, operations or systems engineering
      and architecture
      - Strong fault finding/ diagnostics/ trouble-shooting skills
      - Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail
      - Effective time management skills; with the ability to process
      multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Experience with prioritizing tasks due to shifting priorities
      - Ability to apply expert knowledge of enterprise operations to the
      most complex problems and to direct, train, and guide less experienced
      staff.
   *What skills/attributes are needed?*
      - 10-12 years of related network/infrastructure experience.
      - Demonstrated incident management experience in a large-scale,
      multi-platform environment, supporting 24x7 operations.
      - Accreditation for ITIL framework.
