Job Title: SQL Server DBA Location: Manhattan, NY Duration: 6 weeks Current environment has 40+ stand alone physical SQL servers running a mix of SQL2000 and SQL2005 Customer would like to analyze databases on each server and design a consolidation plan around SQL 2008 clusters Once design is complete, work on consolidating SQL servers onto various SQL 2008 Clusters Need to validate front end applications can be supported by new SQL 2008 R2 environment
