*Duration: 6+ Months*
*Job Description:*
To understand client business requirement and propose technical solutions
which meets unique customer business process requirement that cannot be
addressed by standard ERP packages.
(1.) To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge
sharing amongst different teams in the project
(2.) To participate in team meetings
(3.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining
understanding of the requirements
(4.) To analyze the unique customer process requirements in implementation
engagement and provide technical solution to solve the gap in the
business
process
(5.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs (Reports|
Interfaces| Conversions| Enhancements & Forms)
*Requirements:*
• Bachelors or higher degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field
required
• 3-5 years’ experience in business process design, project management or
organizational change management
• *Experience with Workday or other SAAS accounting systems a plus*
• Technology industry experience preferred
• Ability to draft communications and create materials for change
• Ability to create classroom training courseware/job aids and do classroom
training.
*Responsibilities:*
• Provide change management leadership, i.e., points of view, direction and
guidance based on professional experience and expertise, to change
management team, program leaders and executive sponsors
• Business process documentation and design – supporting business process
redesign for HR and finance areas requiring significant change
• Configuration, testing and maintenance of business processes in Workday
• Project manager for business process redesign activities, including
ownership of testing, test plan development and training
• On-going maintenance of Workday business processes, cost
centers/companies.
