Title: SAP S/4 Technical Lead

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Imlay City, Michigan



*Minimum Requirements:*

•          Bachelors in Computer science or Engineering with Programming
and Software development background.

•          Minimum of 10 years related SAP Technical Lead Architect, ABAP
Development lead experience required in Tier-1 or Big consulting companies.

•          Certification/ Experience in S/4 HANA/Fiori, SLT Migration,
Solution Manager, JAVA stack.

•          Experience with SAP PI, EDI integration, BI, BW on HANA and HCP,
SAP Hybris and Hadoop an added advantage.

•          Strong leadership skills/abilities

•          Leading a team through at least five full SAP lifecycle
implementation and/or upgrade.

•          Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting
with executive leadership at client locations.



*Description:*

*Data Migration/ Conversion* -

•          Lead will manage a few resources in upcoming project phases.

•          Knowledge of standard SAP tools  ( LSMW -  Legacy System
Migration Workbench,   etc..)

•          No special ETL tools or other tools at all.

•          Client is converting from disparate Legacy systems – i.e.- BAAN,
MAPICS, COPICS, etc…

•          Needs to be strong SAP technical lead to be hands on & have the
aptitude to manage the Data Migration / systems conversions.



In this role you will work closely with SAP practice leadership team in
delivering rapid SAP S/4 HANA implementations, developing technical product
applications using S/4 HANA suite. You will mentor our global delivery
organization with experience from the past related to SAP Technical
Architecture, strong S/4 HANA, Fiori, UI5, ABAP, B2B, Web services
Integration skills.

Applying a broad knowledge of business operations, systems technology
solutions, will be responsible for development of S/4 HANA Technical
Roadmap, Migration strategy, Cloud solution architecture, help in RFP
responses for clients planning S/4 HANA implementation.



As Technical Architect, will provide IT strategy and architecture for
effective integration of SAP S/4 HANA with wide variety of non-SAP best of
breed solutions in SCM, PDM, CRM, HCM functional areas.

Hands-on role overseeing efforts of development, basis, data, mobility and
reporting team and acts as the supervisor of this group; provides
leadership, guidance, and direction.



Provide quality assurance, solution design for designing, developing and
supporting the SAP RICEFW
(Reports/Interfaces/Conversions/Extensions/Forms/Workflow) objects, Systems
Integration, HANA db Administration, SLT Migration, Data Conversions and
Reporting.

Build and enforce applicable COE standards, templates, policies,
procedures, and best practices in the SAP S/4 HANA Technical implementation
and/or maintenance of application or application modules



Coach and mentor team members with regards to current performance and
future development; stretch individual team members to achieve outside
their comfort zone; motivate team to achieve challenging objectives while
fostering a high degree of team satisfaction
