The BA will be meeting with Employees, Tech's Stakeholders, Customers etc to figure out how to improve upon processes and create reports that can be shared Nation-Wide This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between the tech team and the business team with a focus on the business side. The Team: Quality Operations and Performance. 7 People on the team, very lean. All about process and quality improvement. Must Have-** Must be Willing to Travel* Ability to speak to Directors, Stakeholders, Executives, Tech.'s. Need to be inquisitive: What reporting tool? What are we doing with that report? How are they using data? Create Dashboards/ Reports - No tool in particular Add Value and meaning to reports Ability to deep dive and document current state processes/workflow.
