Contractor proposed should be someone who can review our CRM DSM business requirements and implement a sound solution and recommend changes that will provide flexibility to support customer programs. The contractor is expected to work with individuals from CLIENT’s IT team and Customer Solutions Business Unit. The contractors will support the following areas: · Support existing CRM DSM functionality end-to-end (Self-service, CRM, and BW reports and dashboards). · Implement CRM Demand Side Management Change requests. · Create end-to-end test scripts for CRM Demand Side Management implemented functionality (self-service through Convergent Invoicing) · Complete year end SAP patch testing and defect resolution. · Provide production support for CR’s that are implemented and previously deployed DSM releases. · Provide production support for the Customer Projects as needed-ex: My Energy Tools, Payment Standardization, and etc. · Provide Project support for the Customer Projects as needed. *Mandatory Requirements: * **Note: Candidates not meeting these requirements will not be considered.* 1. 5 years’ SAP experience designing and configuring complex solutions. 2. 3 years’ experience in SAP CRM 3. Over 1 year experience implementing SAP CRM Demand Side Management functionality for Energy Efficiency programs. 4. Over 1 year experience implementing integrating Convergent Invoicing with SAP CRM Demand Side Management functionality for Energy Efficiency programs. 5. Over 1 year experience implementing SAP BRF+ solutions. 6. Experience Transporting BRF+ Applications through SAP environments. 7. Experience designing and testing Self-Service Solutions for Energy Efficiency programs. 8. Experience designing and testing BW dashboards and reports in Analysis for Office. 9. Experience performing extensive end-to-end and regression testing of complex solutions. 10.
