One of our client is urgently looking for *JBPM Developer**,* below is the Job description, please feel free to call me back at 410-525-5065. *Role: JBPM Developer* *Location : El Segundo, CA or St. Paul, MN* *Duration: 12 Months* *Description:* *What is project about( at high level): * This is part of their Instt Business. Sometimes the BOB(Book of Business) gets reassigned to diff advisor/reps based on events like Advisor termination, New Advisor onboardings, M&A etc etc. This is normally executed as Block transfer or could be done in individual manner as well. *What will project entail:* 1. There is a UI in smartworks that does this today. Need is to modify the UI and associated Business Logic. 2. Facilitate easy processing for data gathering. 3. Updt outside MF firms, provide file extracts in manual or automated way. 4. This project is tightly integrated with Smartworks. 5. Is fully entitlement driven. *As Cetera is putting together a new ecosystem that doesn’t exist today , Candidate will be required to –* 1. In general idea is to introduce a BPM driven way. 2. Should be comfortable with defining processes, working with technical SMEs to draw out requirements and convert them into process diagrams that can be fed into jBPM. 3. Run POCs in coordination with IT, Infra teams to get new systems in place to support the new ecosystem. 4. As a broad process- a. He/she will be required to gather requirements b. Perform Validation on L&R parameters c. If valid, capture requirements and route to L&R else go back to process step d. Effect change based on requirements in a manual or automated manner, using smartworks web service calls, auto FTP upload to external systems, integrate fax module etc… 5. Nandha himself will drive the use of this. Cetera has centralized on jBPM platform for a variety of applications. *What will candidate need to posess-* 1. Should have dealt with business users directly in prev projects to fetch requirements. This is critical. 2. Ability to translate requirements into process diagrams using BPML. 3. Expert knowledge of jBPM & BPEL(Business Process Execution Language). Should be capable to do most items himself without any help. ( none in Cetera will be able to provide it ). 4. Self driven, should have worked in onsite-offshore model before. 5. Domain knowledge is good to have, but not mandatory. 6. Proficient in Java Script, HTML5, web services, Web technologies in general. 7. Should have done User task automation, FTP Automation, Batch automation.
