Engineer needs to have expertise and experience using Java JEE to develop web applications and web services (SOAP and REST). Must have strong technical skills with Oracle database - SQL, PLSQL, package development, SQL loader and understanding data models. Strong technical experience working on Linux / UNIX, developing shell scripts. Strong experience with XML development, knowledge and experience with HL7 preferred.
